二、压滤机的分类

7. 按板接进料方式分

三、压滤机的组成

压滤机是由多个核心系统协同工作的成套设备,其主要组成部分包括机架、液压系统、电控系统、滤板以及辅助系统,各部分各司其职、相互配合,共同完成固液分离工作,具体功能如下:

1. 机架

机架是压滤机的基础承载部件,主要由头板、尾板、横梁(或侧梁)等组成,用于支撑滤板、液压系统等其他部件,同时承受压紧力和过滤压力。机架的强度和稳定性直接决定了压滤机的**工作压力和使用寿命,其材质通常为高强度碳钢或不锈钢,需经过严格的焊接和热处理工艺加工。

2. 液压系统

四、压滤机压紧力的计算方法

1. 核心计算公式

(1)压滤机额定进料压力(压紧力)F1:F1 = 液压系统压强P1 × 液压缸缸内径面积S1 其中,液压系统压强P1由液压站的溢流阀调节,单位为MPa;液压缸缸内径面积S1根据液压缸的内径计算(S1=πd²/4,d为液压缸内径,单位为m),单位为m²;F1的单位为N(牛顿)。
(2)滤室部分反推压力F2:F2 = 工作压强P2 × 滤室内的作用面积S2 其中,工作压强P2是指过滤、洗涤、吹风、压榨等工序中的实际工作压力,单位为MPa;滤室内的作用面积S2是指滤浆对滤板产生压力的有效面积,通常等于滤板的有效过滤面积,单位为m²;F2的单位为N(牛顿)。

2. 关键注意事项

(1)滤室内工作压力P2的取值受多重因素限制:一是压滤机机架、滤板等结构部件所允许的**操作压力,超过该压力可能导致机架变形、滤板损坏;二是滤板在工作温度下的耐压极限,不同材质的滤板耐压能力不同(如聚丙烯滤板通常耐压≤1.6MPa,铸铁滤板耐压可达2.5MPa以上),需结合滤板材质和工作温度确定。
(2)核心原则:F1 > F2,即压紧压力必须大于进料及工作过程中的反推压力。这是保证滤室密封、避免漏液的关键,若F1≤F2,滤板会在反推压力作用下出现松动,导致滤浆泄漏,影响过滤效果和设备安全。

五、压滤机的安装

压滤机的安装质量直接决定设备的运行稳定性、使用寿命和分离效果,安装过程需严格遵循规范,兼顾基础条件、部件装配、安全操作等多方面要求,具体安装步骤和注意事项如下:
1. 基础检查与场地布置:安装前首先检查混凝土基础的结构完整性,要求基础表面平整、坚固,无裂缝、沉降等问题,基础的承载能力需满足设备自重和工作压力的要求。卸料区域需预留充足的操作空间,人行通道必须畅通,压滤机周围应留出宽度1米左右的检修通道,便于后期维护和操作。机架安装时需进行水平度和对角线校正,确保机架无扭曲变形;尾板支腿需用地脚螺栓固定牢固,油缸支腿则无需固定,但其与地面的接触面需保持平滑,以保证设备在受力状态下能产生一定的自由位移,避免局部应力过大。
2. 机架与滤板装配检查:检查机架各连接螺栓(如横梁与头板、尾板的连接螺栓)是否紧固,有无松动或缺失。滤板需整齐排列在机架上,确保各滤板的孔位精准对正,无偏移或倾斜。对于明流压滤机,需将出液水嘴安装在滤板下端,并拧紧密封,防止滤液泄漏;若用户要求配备接液盘或翻板,整机底座应高于基础面一定高度(通常50-100mm),预留出接液盘或翻板的安装和运行空间。
3. 滤布与夹布器安装:滤板排列完成后,将滤布平整地铺设在滤板表面,严禁出现折叠、破损或夹渣现象,否则会导致过滤过程中漏料,影响分离效果和设备正常运行。使用夹布器固定滤布时,螺栓需均匀拧紧,使滤布紧贴在进料口周围,防止滤浆进入滤布与滤板之间,造成滤布堵塞或滤板磨损。安装完成后,需逐一检查每块滤布的平整度和固定情况。
4. 液压系统安装:液压站的安装位置可根据用户现场实际场地灵活调整(部分一体化机型已将液压站和电箱集成在机架上),液压管道的布置应尽可能短,优先控制在1.5米以内,以减少压力损失。液压站应远离卸料区域,避免卸料过程中物料落在液压站表面,污染液压油或损坏液压元件、电机。安装后需检查各油管连接处是否松动,油箱内部是否干净(无杂物、油污),然后向油箱注入规定型号的液压油,通常选用HM46或HM68号抗磨液压油,油位需达到油箱刻度线的规定范围。
5. 电控系统安装:若使用环境存在腐蚀气体(如化工、冶金行业),电气控制柜应安装在与腐蚀气体隔离的操作室内,避免电气元件被腐蚀,影响设备正常工作;其他无腐蚀气体的场景,可根据操作便利性安装。安装后需检查电源接线、电动机接线是否正确无误,无短路、虚接等问题,然后接通电源,对电控柜进行全面检查,测试各按钮、指示灯、传感器的工作状态是否正常。
6. 吊运安全要求:压滤机在吊运安装过程中,与吊装设备(如起重机、叉车)接触的部位必须衬垫布料、橡胶等软体材料,防止吊装过程中碰撞、划伤设备表面或损坏部件(如滤板、油缸)。吊运时需保持设备平稳,避免倾斜或剧烈晃动,确保吊装安全。

六、压滤机的保养

压滤机的日常保养是延长设备使用寿命、保证运行稳定性和分离效果的关键。保养工作的核心是对配合部位、传动部位进行润滑维护,确保自动控制系统和液压系统的准确性、可靠性,具体保养要求如下:
1. 定期检查连接与零部件状态:每日开机前和关机后,需仔细检查设备各连接处(如螺栓、油管、气管、进料口)是否牢固,有无松动、泄漏现象;检查各零部件(如滤板、滤布、油缸、行程开关)的使用状态,发现异常(如滤板开裂、滤布破损、油缸泄漏)需及时通知维修人员检修,严禁设备带故障运行。
2. 配合部位润滑保养:对设备的轴承、活塞杆、导轨等配合运动部位,需定期进行清洁和润滑。定期擦拭部件表面的灰尘、物料残留,保持清洁;根据设备说明书的要求,定期加注合适的润滑剂(如黄油、润滑油),确保各配合部件动作灵活,减少磨损,避免因润滑不良导致部件卡滞或损坏。
3. 电控系统维护:定期对电控系统进行绝缘性和可靠性试验,检查电源线、控制线的绝缘层是否破损,避免短路故障;检查电气元件(如电磁阀、行程开关、压力表、电控柜内继电器)的工作状态,若出现动作准确度差、反应不灵活、指示灯故障等问题,需及时修理或更换,确保电控系统正常稳定运行。
4. 液压系统保养:液压系统的保养重点是检查和维护液压元件及接口处的密封性。定期检查油管、密封圈、油缸、油泵、溢流阀等部件,有无油液泄漏、元件磨损等情况;若发现泄漏,需及时更换密封圈或损坏的部件;定期检查液压油的油质和油位,油质变差(如出现浑浊、杂质、乳化)时需及时更换,油位不足时需补充,确保液压系统压力稳定、动作可靠。
5. 滤板与滤布维护:经常检查滤板的密封面,保持其光洁、干净,无物料残留、划痕或破损,若密封面有污渍,需及时擦拭干净,若出现划痕或破损,需及时修复或更换滤板;每次压紧滤板前,需仔细检查滤布,确保其无折叠、无破损、无夹渣,平整完好,以保证过滤效果;过滤过程中,若发现滤液浑浊、过滤速度明显下降,可能是滤布堵塞,需及时冲洗滤布(可用清水或合适的洗涤液冲洗),保持滤布的过滤性能。
6. 长期停用保养:若设备长期不使用(超过1个月),需进行针对性保养。首先将滤板清洗干净,整齐排列在机架上,用1-5MPa的压力压紧,防止滤板变形;将滤布彻底清洗干净后晒干,妥善存放;油缸活塞的外露部分需均匀涂上黄油,防止生锈;关闭设备电源、液压站开关,做好设备的防尘、防潮措施,避免部件老化或损坏。
7. 液压油更换规范:液压油需选用HM46或HM68号抗磨液压油,且必须保持清洁。新机第一次运行一周后,需更换一次液压油,换油时需将油箱和油缸内的旧油彻底排放干净,并用新油冲洗油箱和管道,避免旧油残留污染新油;继续使用一个月后,需进行第二次换油;建议后续每三个月更换一次液压油,以有效保护液压元件,保证压滤机正常运行。

七、压滤机的注意事项

为保障压滤机的安全运行、操作人员的人身安全以及设备的正常使用寿命,在设备使用过程中需严格遵守以下注意事项:
1. 设备使用前,操作人员必须认真阅读设备使用说明书,熟悉设备的结构、工作原理、操作流程和安全注意事项,严禁无证操作或违规操作。
2. 开机前需检查滤布的规格是否符合工艺要求(如过滤精度、耐温性、耐腐蚀性),滤布有无破损、孔洞,安装是否平整、无折叠,若滤布不符合要求或存在破损,需及时更换。
3. 检查滤板的安装排列是否正确,滤板孔位是否对正,密封面是否干净、无破损,若滤板排列错误或密封面有污渍、破损,需及时调整或处理,避免漏液。
4. 压滤机压紧后,方可启动进料泵开始工作,进料压力必须严格控制在设备标牌上标注的额定压力以下,严禁超压运行,否则会导致机架变形、滤板破损、液压系统故障等严重问题,影响设备正常使用和安全。
5. 过滤开始时,进料阀应缓慢开启,避免压力冲击损坏设备;起初排出的滤液往往较为混浊,随后逐渐变清,这是正常现象,无需停机处理;若滤液长期混浊,需检查滤布是否破损或安装不当。
6. 在冲洗滤板和滤布时,需注意避免将水溅到液压站和电控柜上,防止电气元件短路、液压油乳化,影响设备正常运行。
7. 溢流阀的压力在设备出厂前已调试合格,用户若因工艺需求需自行调节工作压力,需先将溢流阀调松,然后启动油泵,缓慢调整溢流阀至所需压力,且调整后的压力不得超过本机规定的**压力,调节完成后需锁紧溢流阀螺母。
8. 更换滤板时,需轻拿轻放,严禁碰撞、摔砸滤板,以免损坏滤板密封面或滤板本体;不可擅自取出滤板,否则会导致活塞杆超出行程,损坏油缸、机架等机件;若发现滤板损坏,需及时更换,避免损坏其他滤板或影响整机密封性能。
9. 液压油必须选用HM46或HM68号抗磨液压油,通过油箱上的空气滤清器注入,油位需达到规定液面;油箱需封闭良好,防止杂物、污水进入油箱,导致液压元件生锈、失灵;定期检查液压油的油质,发现油质变差需及时更换。
10. 电控柜需保持干燥、清洁,避免潮湿、灰尘、腐蚀性气体进入;定期检查压力表、电磁阀线圈、继电器等电气元件的工作状态,发现故障及时处理,确保设备电气系统正常工作。
11. 工作结束后,需先关闭进料泵,待滤室内压力卸除后,松开滤板,完成卸饼、滤布清洗等工作,然后关闭设备所有开关,切断电源,做好设备清洁和现场整理工作,确保安全。
